Pre-Teen Fitness - Ages 10-13

Our Pre-Teen Fitness Program, also designed and taught by Dr. Ashley Mak, P.T., D.P.T., will build on the skills your child developed in the Kids Fitness Program. This program is designed to give your child a competitive advantage in their sport, improve their fitness, learn new skills, and have make new friends in a supportive social environment. Our Pre-Teen Fitness Program will include warm-up games, community building icebreakers, skill development sessions, and challenging workouts that will deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. The workouts are inclusive and scalable, so they're appropriate for most children, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. 

Thursday: 4:15-5:15pm

Single Class Drop-in: $30
10 pack: $239 ($23.90 per class)
