  5. Occasionally, I create content for the gym’s Instagram, known for delivering my best in one take.

  6. I chose health and fitness because I love it and want to make a difference. Helping people maintain their health for life is my ultimate goal.

  7. My most rewarding moments come from helping clients surprise themselves by achieving what they thought they couldn’t.

  8. Outside the gym, I enjoy adventures with my wife, visiting local breweries, golfing, and raising our two energetic dogs.

  9. Growing grass has become a yearly challenge, and I’m determined to have the greenest lawn soon!
