Hi! I’m coach Mike and I’m a CrossFit Coach, Nutritionist, and Sports Performance Coach.
Get to know me:
Started fitness for lacrosse but fell in love with training.
After college, found CrossFit and realized the importance of nutrition for performance.
Struggled with disordered eating, sought help from a nutritionist and therapist, and turned that experience into a deeper dive into nutrition and psychology.
Since 2021, coached over 100 people to lose weight, maintain it, and integrate nutrition into their lives without obsession.
Recently got into Olympic weightlifting, won a local competition, and now focus on that.
Passionate about lifting days in class.

Helped a client place in the top 150 in his region for the CrossFit Open.
Helped client John lose 30+ lbs by building sustainable nutrition habits; now runs 15+ miles weekly (previously struggled with 5 miles).
