Hi! I’m coach Mike and I’m a CrossFit Coach, Nutritionist, and Sports Performance Coach.

Get to know me:

  • Started fitness for lacrosse but fell in love with training.

  • After college, found CrossFit and realized the importance of nutrition for performance.

  • Struggled with disordered eating, sought help from a nutritionist and therapist, and turned that experience into a deeper dive into nutrition and psychology.

  • Since 2021, coached over 100 people to lose weight, maintain it, and integrate nutrition into their lives without obsession.

  • Recently got into Olympic weightlifting, won a local competition, and now focus on that.

  • Passionate about lifting days in class.

Client Successes:

  • Helped a client place in the top 150 in his region for the CrossFit Open.

  • Helped client John lose 30+ lbs by building sustainable nutrition habits; now runs 15+ miles weekly (previously struggled with 5 miles).
