Private 1:1 Training

This is the our premier offering when it comes to value and individualized attention. Each hour long session is 100% completely dedicated to you and your goals. Training is built off of your customized consultation and fitness assessment. We always recommend that you and your HRA Coach meet at least 2-3x/week for a minimum of 3 months.

This recipe of accountability and individualized program design will yield the highest and quickest return on your investment in health.

Members love this option for the fully built out customized assessment which is then used to tailor your fitness program to your exact goals. They also love the fact that the program can be adjusted at any time due to availability, injuries, or life just getting in the way.
